NANSENSE has representation in North America, Europe and Asia directly or through distributors. The first step towards placing an order is to follow the instructions included with the quote.
NANSENSE will begin building and testing your system, which takes approximately two weeks. Standard configurations are normally in stock while custom orders may take longer.
Once the system is built, NANSENSE will ship your package and provide you with a tracking number. All systems are shipped in hard Pelican cases. You are responsible for taxes and duties.
The system is shipped with your Docs account, which you can access at any time for start guides, tutorials and documentation. Login to download the latest version of the software and plugins.
Docs contains everything you need to set up the system and record your first motion capture take. Online support is available if you are having difficulties following the documentation.
It is your responsibility to track updates by downloading the latest software releases and reviewing changelogs. You will be contacted when firmware updates are available for your system.
Suits can be ordered with accessories as cost-effective bundles. Each bundle comes in three configurations: Indie, Pro and Biomed. Clothing is available in three sizes: small, medium and large. Although a medium suit should fit most people, it is recommended that you measure your actors to ensure proper fitment.

How do I track my shipment?
You will receive an email notification and a tracking number as soon as your system is built and shipped.
How long does it take to ship a system?
Orders will be shipped within two weeks of being placed.
I received my system. What's next?
Every system is shipped with licensing information. Using the licensing information, you can access Docs, which contains detailed documentation, software releases, starting guides, tutorials and plugins. Your first step is to download the software and follow the Start Guide to record your first motion capture take.
What about warranty and support?
Every system comes standard with a one-year warranty and support period.
I broke my system. What now?
Every part is serviceable. Ship the system back and we will fix it for free if the fault is covered under warranty. If not, we will simply charge you for the broken components.
Can I upgrade my system?
You can always upgrade your system to add more sensors. To upgrade, you have to cover the shipping costs and the price difference.
When does my license expire?
Licenses expire every two years. You can continue to use your software and receive updates after the initial one-year support period. You can contact us to renew your license for free or purchase additional support.
My license does not work. What now?
You can login to Docs and reset your license.
How many licenses can I have?
You can request as many licenses as you need.
Can I use the software offline?
You can request to have your license baked into the software for offline authentication by contacting us.
